For the longest time I felt like He was someone just watching from afar.
Until the time I had a really nasty fall and there He was. In one scoop I was in His arms and He held me tightly in a reassuring embrace.
And then He whispered gently: My child, do you think I've come to get you only now? I have always been here for you but you were too busy playing that you didn't notice.
So I snuggled closely to Him and sighed. All is well. My Father is here.
He will never let go, and neither will I.

LOVE DECIDES EVERYTHING
Nothing is more practical than finding God, that is, than falling in love in a quite absolute, final way.
What you are in love with, what seizes your imagination, will affect everything. It will decide what will get you out of bed in the morning, what you will do with your evenings, how you will spend your weekends, what you read, who you know, what breaks your heart, and what amazes you with joy and gratitude.
Fall in love, stay in love and it will decide everything.
